The first of our Spring Roundtable series will be on Thursday, March 11th, in which Heather will lead a discussion about the HITECH Act – Part 2. She will review the specific action items needed to achieve compliance with the most recent regulations, go over policies that may need to be implemented, discuss whether you will need new Business Associate Agreements, as well as share what can be expected regarding HIPAA in 2010 and beyond.

Heather Skelton has been invited to speak at the 2008 meeting of the Neurosurgery Executives’ Resource Value and Education Society (NERVES) in Chicago, IL. Heather will be presenting information and strategies for Managed Care contract negotiations to members attending the annual meeting of neurosurgery practice managers and administrators.
