Medicaid Tamper-Resistant Prescription Pad Requirement Delayed Until Spring 2008

President Bush signed newly enacted legislation over the weekend delaying implementation of the Medicaid tamper resistant prescription pad requirement from October 1, 2007 until April 1, 2008.
