Heather Skelton to be Faculty Member of Medical Records Law Seminar

Healthcare attorney Heather Skelton will be a key speaker at a November 29, 2007 CLE seminar open to healthcare professional discussing Medical Records Law in North Carolina. Conducted by Lorman Education Services, this one-day seminar is designed for all professionals that manage or supervise records for medical practices in North Carolina. A frequent Lorman faculty member, Ms. Skelton and other attorneys will discuss state statutes and Medical Board requirements, access to records and recommendations for healthcare providers, as well as HIPAA issues affecting medical records. This course can be applied to professional continuing education credits.
The all-day seminar begins at 9:00 a.m. at the Clarion Hotel Greensboro on 415 South Swing Road, Greensboro, NC.
