Introduction to Health Care Law: Legal Concepts to Understand When Working with a Medical Practice or Provider, sponsored by First Citizens Bank.
This seminar was designed to teach a corporation that regularly works with health care providers concepts to share with their clients. For example, a business arrangement that would be great (and profitable) in any other industry might be illegal for health care providers due to Stark regulations. This presentation outlined the major healthcare regulations and how they might affect the clients of this corporation.
